Accommodation
Both our vehicles are ideal for negotiating the Highland roads. My main vehicle can seat 1-8 people comfortably, with a trailer for that extra luggage space!
We also have for summer 2015 a BMW X5, even though it seats 7, I prefer to use a maximum of 4 passengers for the ultimate experience.
Wherever possible, I will be your driver/guide, but occasionally due to operational reasons during the summer months, another Guide would be utilised. Any guide that I use will be exceptional, personable and fun!
You will be informed prior to departure if you will have another guide.
All the accommodation that I recommend is excellent. I can book this for you or you can book direct!
Once we agree on overnight stays, I will recommend hotels or B&B's, will send you their website or I can book them for you. Some hotels will require a deposit, others will not.
Will I be contactable on tour?
The North and West of Scotland and some of the Islands are in the remotest parts of Europe. Cell phone service can be erratic in places however Wifi should be available in most (but not all) hotels/B&B's.
We understand that some of you may need to be contacted due to business or personal reasons.
My mobile/cell phone number will be made available to you and there will mobile WiFi whilst we are on our travels.
You can also purchase a temporary cell phone for as little as £10 whilst you are here. If you require this, let me know and i'll purchase one for you.
All vehicles are fitted with free mobile WIfI for your convenience.

How do I price the Tour?
Tours are priced on how many days, distance and the logistics and complexity in organising your trip. Where there are Ferries, Train Journeys and entrance fees for Visitor Attractions, these wll be reserved or paid directly by yourselves.
What is your cancellation policy!
A 20% Deposit is required to confirm your tour. The balance should be paid 7 days prior to arrival.
Things happen in life! We understand that unforseen events may force you to change your plans.
If the booking is cancelled prior to 7 days notice, a full refund will be awarded, minus any costs incurred.
Within 7 days, the first days tour cost will be forfetted.
All decisions will be at the managements discretion.
