The end of last year was busy with tours to the Trossachs, St. Andrews and in and about Edinburgh for the Hogmanay party, the biggest street party in the world!

Even though the Goodman party from Chicago experienced the 'Dreich' mist & fog on boxing day, they still marvelled at 'natural' Scotland before heading down from the Trossachs Trail for a gorgeous Pub Lunch at the Forth Inn at Aberfoyle, rounded off with a trio of local beers, tasters, the pub speciality!

Two days later, on the same trail the weather was so different, a winter wnderland but 2 minutes later rising through the clouds to spectacular scenery. The 2 photographs below were taken minutes apart! This time it was a party of Friends from New Jersey. Dan had managed to get a standby spot to wait and see if he could play golf at St. Andrews..on the Old Course! Wow! St. Andrews, the holy grail of golf! Whilst Dan was living his dream, the rest of us took in the magnificent Fife town of Falkand and the Fishing villages on the East Neuk of Fife.

As we grow into 2015, we are excited about the various tours coming up. So many people asking about the filming locations for 'Outlander'. I am looking forward to showing them Doune Castle, Falkland and Newtonmore living Highland folk village.

Some great things happening this year....in a political sense, in May there is a general election. With the fallout and support growing everyday for Scottish independence, the main Scottish independence part, the SNP ,could hold the balance of power in a hung parliament.

Politics has never been more exciting!

July sees the British Open Golf Tournament come to St. Andrews, i'm already taking booking for that week. May and August very busy, so if you want a Personal Tour of Scotland in the summer, you know where we are!
